We successfully undertook the following works for KISIP under the Project ‘Planning, Surveying and Preparation of Resettlement Action Plans for 9 no. Informal Settlements in Nakuru, Embu, Kiambu and Nairobi Counties and undertook the following activities:

• Preparation of Land use/spatial/physical development plans
• Land and structure mapping, surveying and title acquisition in informal settlements
• Land acquisitions for public amenities and public purposes
• Preparation of Policy and advisory briefs
• Preparation of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments and/audits
• Preparation of resettlements action plans (RAPS)
